Heal faster with Graston Technique®

Graston Technique® is a great tool for treating injury and we use it regularly in our office. Graston Technique® uses special steel instruments, along with therapeutic exercises, to detect and treat ares of soft tissue that have fibrosis or chronic inflammation. The instruments can also be used to follow the kinetic chain to diagnose the root of problems.

In case you didn't notice we have a clickable video above, here it is again:

Our therapists use Graston® to get as deep into the tissue as necessary to invoke a change. As the instruments are moved over affected areas and come into contact with adhesions, they help to break up scar tissue and fascial restrictions. over time this process reduces or eliminates adhered fibers, restoring range of motion and eliminating pain.

Originally developed by athletes, Graston® is incredible for maintaining the bodies of endurance athletes. But it is not limited to athletes and can be used for almost any injury. Although Rose uses a number of specialized techniques in conjunction with Graston® as is necessary for the patient (and this blending of cutting edge techqniques makes our clinic fantastic at diagnosis), the Graston Technique® is so powerful alone that some clinics are based completely around the use of this technique and its special tools.

Go ahead, give us a call and learn how Graston® can be used to help your life!
