Dr. Noah August, PT, DPT
A missed dunk in a high school gym in Baltimore didn't just break my finger—it built a Physical Therapist. That sharp, sickening pain was my first real-world lesson in every athlete’s biggest fear: the sideline.
My journey from surgery back to the court was the ultimate "lab work." It taught me exactly what happens on the other side of the treatment table, and it became the foundation of my career.
I’m a lifelong, multi-sport Maryland athlete. From soccer and lacrosse to sailing, skiing, and my current obsessions—golf and pickleball—I’ve played it all. For me, sports aren't a hobby; they’re a core identity. I don’t just treat injuries; I understand the restless, competitive mindset that drives you to get back out there.
Armed with degrees from Towson University and the University of St. Augustine, I moved to Washington, D.C. with a clear mission: elite-level care for the city’s competitors. I don’t just "fix symptoms." I hunt down the root cause. By optimizing your entire kinetic chain through advanced manual therapy, we don't just patch you up—we bulletproof your performance to prevent the next injury before it happens.
My goal? To help D.C.’s athletes crush their recovery and dominate the sports they love.
